How It Works:

1. Select your item type from the options.

2. Upload or describe your design in the customization box.

3. We’ll create a digitized mockup image and followup within 3 business days to confirm your design before starting. Listed price is the digitization fee and will be factored into your total price. 

4. Once item is finalized, you will receive a followup email for the remainder of payment. Payment due in full before processing begins. 

5. Sit back and let us create something that's uniquely yours!

Processing Time:
Custom embroidery orders range between 7–14 business days. Rush orders between 3-5 days available upon request for additional fee.

We are a small but growing business and currently operate with a single head machine. This is factored into the total price along with the amount of thread being used, materials and time.
