Shipping policy

CSG Creations strives to have orders shipped fast and and with quality. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after order has been placed (bulk orders may have a longer processing time). Our goal is to have orders shipped by:

10-12 business days for bulk and custom orders.

5-7 business days for in stock items.

The timeframes given has been set to insure ample amount of time given to each customer to ensure excellent customer service and quality production for all.

All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail unless other available options are selected. Tracking information is provided via the Shop App and or via email once order has been shipped. 

CSG Creations is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout, natural disasters, weather impact, or delays governed by the carrier service provider. Please double check shipping address information before finalizing order. Returned orders due to incorrect address information will result in a re-shipping fee.
