Below explains our wholesale terms & conditions. We reserve the right to modify and make changes to this information at anytime. Please refer to this page prior to making your purchase. 

"scentedReys" products are hand-poured in small batches. It's our goal to produce and have shipped all orders between seven and fifteen business days from date of order placement. This time allows for production and curing time. If we are unable to fulfill your order in this time frame, you will be notified via email ASAP. Custom and large orders may take longer than fifteen business days based on complexity/supplier issues. During summer months, orders will be sent for shipment, Mondays - Wednesdays to avoid weekend exposure to hot environments of the carrier provider.

All orders are subject to our posted wholesale policies.

Wholesale Terms and Conditions:

Payments:

A payment link will be provided to you upon confirmation of purchase order invoice. 

During the holiday season, we postpone shipping wholesale orders from December 15th to January 2nd. 

Turn-Around Time:

The above listed turnaround time allows for production and curing time. If we are unable to fulfill your order in this time frame, we will notify you via email ASAP. Custom and large orders may take longer than fifteen business days based on complexity/supplier issues. During summer months, shipments are sent Mondays - Wednesdays to avoid weekend exposure to hot environments of the carrier provider.

All orders are manufactured in order of placement.

Custom Orders:

Private labeling is not a service we offer at this time. Thank you for understanding.

Exclusive Contracts:

We do not sign exclusive contracts. "scentedReys" will not actively seek new wholesale accounts that are in close proximity to each other. 

To prevent market saturation, it is at our discretion to allow or limit what SKU(s) a wholesale account can carry from our offerings.

Samples & Testers:

We will gladly provide a small sample size of each fragrance that we offer--just let us know which samples you would like. We will only provide a sample order once for each fragrance offering. 

We offer our wholesale accounts testers. Tester products are not to be sold and must be used as a tester on display. Please inquire if you’d like testers.

Delivery Options:

All orders are shipped through USPS only. Shipping and taxes will be included in the fi al invoice price. Currently we do not offer sales tax exemptions.

Delivery/pick-up within vicinity be arranged. Additional fees may apply. 

Cancellations, Returns, & Claims:

All wholesale orders are final. We do not offer a buyback program. If an exchange request is submitted prior to the start of manufacturing, it may be considered. 

In the event that a product is damaged or there is an order discrepancy, a written report must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. 

Variations in the appearance and texture of the wax will vary from candle to candle. These differences are not considered defects, nor will they affect how your candle burns. 

In the case of a concern, please notify us ASAP so we can exchange the item.

"scentedReys" candles are a great option for all merchandising spaces. They look great near the register, as a filler place, and as a staple display in your retail space.
